This means that the CSS-code ( Cascade Style Sheet) should be interpreted strictly according to the rules of the W3C-consortium. This creates a solid standard for us, web page creators. Unfortunately not all browsers (like MS Internet Explorer) handle this the correct way, which makes creating consistent web pages much more difficult!
